Ordering

Orders may be called in to The Falcon Mint during normal business hours
(7:30-4:30pm EST) Monday-Friday. Orders can be faxed or emailed anytime. All orders must be in writing. Purchase orders are appreciated. Deposits are required for silver orders and large orders. Please call for more information.

Customer Service & Quotes

We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
We realize there are many options for these medallions, which could generate questions. Quotes will be generated upon your request. Due to the
fluctuation in the price of precious metals, quotes are subject to change on a daily basis.

Shipping Information

F.O.B. Portland, Indiana. When your order is placed, please specify shipment mode. If a shipping method has not been specified, we will select the most appropriate method based on weight, destination and time available. All
packages are insured and the cost is added to the shipping amount.

Production Time

Normal production time is 4-6 weeks after receipt of written art approval. Rush service may be available upon request.

Cancellation Charges

Orders cancelled during production will be charged for completed work up to the time of cancellation.

Trademarks, Copyrights, Registration Marks

We bear no responsibility for legal infringements. The factory assumes that the customer has permission to use all designs asked to be reproduced on The Falcon Mint products unless it is a licensed entity with The Falcon Mint. The purchaser agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for patent or copyright infringement.

Right to Promotion

We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order. All products shown in this catalog are for display purposes only and for the exclusive use of the original customer.
